Here at Asumah Lettings we offer a range of services from finding reliable tenants to providing you with a fully inclusive property management service. Your package will be tailored to your needs, to provide you with the best outcome of success and peace of mind.
We have some already made packages that we offer, however tailored packages can always be arranged with a simple phone call with one of us. We also offer discounts for landlords with multi properties.
Coming on board with Asumah Lettings you will benefit from our range of knowledge of the local market and contacts to the NHS, maximising your chances of finding the right tenant at a fair rental rate. We have a range of tenants on waiting lists, looking for their new homes, which could provide you with a match from the start. In addition, we advertise your properties on some of the biggest rental platforms in the country. We do not ask for any payment until your property has tenant matched and signed, this taken away any risk for you.
